Privacy agreement
1. Subject of the agreement
1.1. This Agreement determines the procedure for the receipt, storage, processing, use and disclosure of Personal and other data (including Information Materials) provided and posted by the User when using the Site and the Services.
1.2. Using any part of the Site and / or Services, the User provides Project map with the right to receive, store, process and use the User's Personal Data and Information Materials on the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. This Agreement does not regulate and Project map is not responsible for the procedure of receiving, storing, processing, using and disclosing Personal Data and the User's Information Materials by third parties and organizations that are not in the possession or under management of Project map, and individuals who are not the employees of Project map, even if the User has access to the sites, software, products or services of these individuals through the Site.
1.4. The purpose of obtaining, storing, processing and using the User's Personal, Public and other data is to protect the interests of the User and Project map, as well as provide services to the User, including displaying personalized or general information, improving the quality of existing services provided by Project map.
2. Reception, processing and use of the information
2.1. When creating an Account, the User must specify an e-mail address. After the Account is created and used by the User, Project map will be able to identify the User each time he uses the Site.
2.2. Project map has the right to download cookies to the users' computers (if the User does not limit this option in his web browser himself), and also receive, store, process and use the information generated by the cookie.
2.3. When the User uses the Site and services, the Project map automatically saves, processes and uses the User's data that does not relate to the Personal Data, for example: the User's IP address, the User's location information, which can be determined using its IP address, the technical parameters of the User's computer , the presence or absence of specific software on the user's computer, the settings of this software, cookies, and statistic information about User activity.
2.4. Project map has the right to store Personal and other data of the User as much as necessary for the implementation of the purpose specified in this Agreement, or within the time limits established by the current legislation of the country of Project map, international law, or the country of the User, or until the User deletes this data.
3. Access to information
3.1. Project map undertakes not to provide Personal Data to third parties for commercial purposes without the consent of the User to which the data relates. The transfer of personal data to third parties is allowed in the following cases:
- after receiving the consent of the User, to which the information relates;
- after receiving the decision of the competent court, which entered into force, about the request for such data;
3.2. The user allows Project map to allow other companies with which Project map has concluded relevant agreements to receive, store and process the User's data (except Personal Data and Information materials) such as the User's IP address, cookies, and statistical information about the User's activity to improve the quality of services provided by these companies and information of an advertising nature.
3.3. The User agrees that the confidentiality of data transmitted via the Internet is not guaranteed and if access to this data is obtained by third parties outside the area of technical means of communication, subjected to Project map, Project map is not responsible for the damage caused by such access. The use of the HTTPS protocol by the User (if provided by the User's Tariff Plan) increases the security of data transmission to the Internet.
3.4. The user has the right to request, change or delete his Personal Data, which are saved in the Project map. The user can independently change or delete his Personal Data using the appropriate functions of the Site and his account. In case this is not possible, the User needs to declare an appropriate request by sending it to the Project map contact address indicated on the Site.
3.5. In case the information about the Project map and / or third parties, which according to the legislation of USA is confidential and / or commercial secret, is known to the User in any way, the User is prohibited from storing, using and distributing such information.
3.6. Access to the account and Information materials saved in the account of the User is performed using the appropriate login and password. In case the services of the Site available to the User allow the User to make available any information to the User, the User independently and under his own responsibility activates and uses the data of the Site function and services.
3.7. In order to implement the rights of users, as well as the high-quality execution of Project map's obligations under the agreements between the User and Project map, Project map can get acquainted with the Information materials contained in the accounts (timely resolution of technical problems, suppression of unlawful actions that violate the rights of users and / or Project map, etc.)
4. Additional conditions
4.1. Project map has the right to make changes to this Agreement. All changes made to the Agreement will be available in the form of a new version of the Agreement, at https://projectmap.online/privacy. In case of significant changes to the Agreement, Project map will notify the User of these changes by e-mail additionally. All amendments to the Agreement come into force from the moment of their publication. Using the services or the Site, the User confirms his consent to the new terms of the Agreement in the release, which is valid at the time the User uses the services or the Site.
4.2. Project map is not responsible for any harm or loss incurred by the User or third parties as a result of a misunderstanding of the terms of this Agreement, instructions or indications on how to use the Site, on the procedure for posting information and other technical issues.
4.3. If any part of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, other parts of the Agreement will remain in force. The refusal by any of the Parties of any provision or condition of this Agreement, or any violation thereof, does not invalidate this provision or condition.
4.4. To this Agreement and the relationship between Project map and the User, the legislation of USA is applied. Each party fully agrees that the relevant courts of USA have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims and disputes that relate to the Agreement.
