Description of team members access rights to tasks
The project has the following team member roles:
- Project Initiator
- Project Manager
- Project Controller
- Performer (contractor)
- Observer
Accordingly, in the user's personal account, projects are grouped into the corresponding groups by role name.
Project Initiator
The project initiator has full rights.
He has the right to perform any actions in the project.
First of all, the initiator's responsibilities include forming a project team based on his workstations available within his tariff plan. Assigns a project manager and administrator (project managers).
By appointing project managers, the initiator delegates the rights to manage the project to the manager and administrator. Who can then independently manage the project.
Project Manager
The project manager (manager or administrator) has full rights in the project, except for deleting the project and changing the manager and project manager.
That is, he cannot relieve himself of the responsibilities of the manager.
Can form a project team from the workstations of the project initiator.
Has access to "Reports" and the "Import/Export" functions.
Stage Controller
The project stage controller has the rights only to work within the stage of work assigned to him.
Does not have the right to delete the stage (task) where he is assigned as responsible. But has the right to delete any nested tasks within this stage.
Responsibilities include monitoring the progress of work within the allocated stage.
Has the right to add both planned and factual information.
Performer
An Performer is a project team member who has been assigned responsible for a specific task (simple operation).
He does not have the right to view other tasks except those allocated to him.
Has the right to enter only factual information into the task:
- set planned dates for work
- enter only the actual amount of work completed
- set % of work completed (progress)
- can assign resources
- can allocate materials for work
Observer
Has the ability to only view the list of tasks in the project.
If someone only needs to show the list of works on the project, then this user can simply be added to the Project Team.
